Cohen Diet

You must have a personal program designed by the Cohen’s Lifestyle Center.

We will prepare meals based on your personal “prescription” relieving you of the tedious

effort of weighing and measuring the food items in your diet.

HCG Diet

 (Also known as Dr. Simeons’ Pounds and Inches Diet)

This is a very low-calorie diet aided with a hormone known as hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin).

The hCG hormone helps in controlling your appetite, accelerating your metabolism and breaking down your stored fats.

It comes in drops, pellets or injectable form and may be used for 25 or 40 days at a time.

Lose anywhere from half a pound up to 2 pounds a day WITHOUT EXERCISE!

Atkins Diet

The Atkins diet is based on the book by Dr. Robert C. Atkins. This diet strictly monitors the carb intake allowing no more than 20 grams of carb per day, with 60 – 75% of these carbs coming from vegetable sources.

It also limits the protein serving from 6 to 8 oz. per meal.


Sonoma Diet

 strawberries and olive oil as your diet core. Your diet will likewise include cheese and yogurt,

eggs and poultry, seafood and limited servings of meat and sweets.

P90X Diet

The P90X Diet is a program developed by Tony Horton. This involves both exercise and a healthy diet.

It is a 90-day program which involves workout exercises that increase in difficulty over time.

Each type of exercise focuses on the muscle development of a certain part of the body. As the difficulty of the routines increases, the carbohydrate content of the diet increases as well.  We will provide the meals based on the menu that comes with the program (video workout) after carefully computing your required caloric intake.

Mass-Gain Diet

Basically, this diet program is for serious body builders. The Mass Gain Diet has a high caloric plan,

ideal for people engaged in heavy workout activities. We will provide your breakfast, morning snack, lunch, pre-workout meal, post-workout meal and dinner following the recommended calorie breakdown of carbs, proteins and fats.

We can also incorporate your protein drinks and bars into the menu.

Detox/Cleansing Diet

This 10-day diet combines the master cleanse with an organic detox diet designed to “reset” your body and flush out toxins.
